The word, kings refers to the exalted rank and dignity which we have by reason of Christ’s crucifixion.

A king is a ruler; he is sovereign and reigns triumphant over all.

You are a royal breed and as such, you have gained victory over sin, death and hell. You are a ruler over life.

The AMP rendering of our opening text says,

And formed unto us into a kingdom (royal race), priests to His God and Father- to Him be the glory and the power and the majesty and the dominion throughout the ages and forever and ever. Amen (so be it). 

For every office you see, there is a responsibility attached. Christ has given us a responsibility based on our office.

You are of a royal lineage, as such, everything about you ought to radiate royalty.

Ever seen the Queen of England? There are certain things she would not do by reason of her office. Everything about her shows that she is of a royal lineage.

As a Christian, you should let everything about you reflect the beauty and magnificence of God. 1 Peter 2:9 says,

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light”. 

As a royal breed, you have got to speak, eat, dress and relate with life by the responsibility of your office.

Scripture tells us that where the word of a king is, there is power. You are a royal breed, as such, you cannot continue to live a substandard mediocre life when God has designed you to live and reign victoriously.

DECLARATION:
I function as a King on earth. I am a royal breed; therefore I rule and reign in life. I live the triumphant life!
