Through the Word of God we have come to know that there is no disadvantage for God’s children. Everything (with exclusion to none) works for our good because we love the Lord and have been called according to purpose.
Even the devil works for our good.
God will never leave you even in your times of trial; He strengthens you even as He has said that His strength is made perfect in your weakness.
Jesus didn’t leave Peter even when Peter lost his focus on Jesus. Instead, as he requested for help from the Master, he received it. Let your faith be built on the fact that if your gaze is stayed on Christ you can achieve anything and overcome any storm.

Your time of trials is your time to be refined just like gold.
The Amplified rendering of our opening scripture communicates thus,
“For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!]”.
This is enough propelling force for any man that thinks of giving up the faith. We ought not to be mindful of the afflictions because they are preparing, producing and achieving for us a glory unimaginable. The glory that awaits us is so weighty and excessively surpasses all comparison, calculations and human comprehension.
No wonder 1 Corinthians 2:9 says,
“Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
Your glory in life is beyond measure.
What the enemy brings as a challenge is just your platform to glory. Consider them as slight distresses of the passing hour.
The devil works to your advantage.
The afflictions will pass – but your glory will never cease. Glory!
Focus on the bigger picture; the brighter shining, the everlasting weight of glory and endure the hardness.
