Friday daily devotional by Pastor David Okoye (Ambassadors Word Diet, 22nd SEPT, 2017) – Prevail by knowledge

We are living in a dispensation of knowledge. We live in times where knowledge is the only way to prevail. As such, your accuracy in the knowledge of God is extremely important.


1 Corinthians 4:1-2 (MSG) says,

…we are guides into God’s most sublime secrets, not security guards posted to protect them. The requirements of a good guide are reliability and accurate knowledge. 

We have been made guides to show people of the world the way. A guide directs and has got to have accurate knowledge. Our lives as Christians ought to direct men to Christ.

The knowledge of God is encapsulated in His Word. Knowledge is communicated by words. God clothed His knowledge (The Word) with flesh and sent Him to the earth.

The knowledge of God lies in His Word.

His Word is a revelation of His mind. This shows that the only way you can prevail in life is by the Word of God.

You prevail by the Word.

The more you give yourself to the Word, the more your knowledge increases. The knowledge of a Godchild ought to have no end.

Give yourself to the Word, keep upgrading your knowledge. It is the only way with which you will prevail in life.


DECLARATION:
I am upgrading my knowledge through God’s Word. I prevail over life because I give myself to the Word.
