I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Psalms 2:7
God is, and will always be in the business of birthing men. This principle was founded by a decree. It is not a hypothesis or a presumption, but an eternal decree and verdict. Once a decree is made, it must be carried out; because of the authority backing it.

A decree is always issued by an individual or a group of persons with authority. This shows that as God births Sons, we are also mandated to do the same.
God wants you to bring men into Sonship.
You need to start being extremely fruitful in your work with God. You need to understand how God communicates with us. Take a look at the underlined phrase, “…this day…” there is something God wants you to know through it.
You see, God doesn’t deal with time as we do on earth. When He says, “this day”, He is talking about eternity.
Every day is a “this day” to God. This is because, in eternity, there is no succession; no yesterday, no tomorrow, just one continued day without change or flux. This shows that God expects you to birth Sons this day; every day.
Understand this; God doesn’t want you to give birth to children every day, but Sons. There is a difference between a child and a Son. Galatians 4:19 says,
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.
Apostle Paul wasn’t talking to children in this text; He was talking to grown men. They were grown, yet they were babes; babes in Christ.
God sees a child as someone who isn’t matured in the things of the Spirit. That is, these ones are not skilled with the Word of God. They approach things in a carnal perspective; as such, they are unable to communicate in a spiritual way.
God doesn’t care about your age. You could be a 75-year-old Grandfather, but as long as you are unskillful with the things of God, you are a child, to God.

The only way you would transform a child into a Son is by travailing until Christ is formed in them. The travailing process is continuous; it ends only when you can evidently see Christ being formed in that person.
The same way a mother wouldn’t stop pushing until she sees the head of her child, you shouldn’t stop pushing for that soul until you see the head (which is Christ) being formed in him/her.
Keep travailing, until the passion of Christ overrides their passion. God has charged you with the responsibility of birthing Sons for His Kingdom; GET TO WORK!
DECLARATION:
I’m birthing Sons for the Kingdom! I keep pushing, till Christ is fully matured in them.
