Even when discouraging friends show up, your responsibility still remains to shun their words, shut out your human mind and obey God.

The sacrifice and obedience of Our Lord Jesus paved the way for us. He didn’t obey because it was convenient or easy for Him; he obeyed because He is a Son. He paid the legal fees for your redemption and adoption into a new life. And in this new life, different rules apply. The challenges, traditions and custom of your past life, don’t exist anymore.
Our mechanism, way of life and response to situations are completely opposite to the normal standard.
You’ve got to realize that the same way through one man Jesus, many sons were birthed – we, as sons of the same order, have the same ability to bring forth. This is why we do not struggle to raise sons for the kingdom of God.
Having this mind-set is of utmost importance to any mission minded Christian. Isaiah 66:8 MSG says, “…But Zion was barely in labor when she had her babies…” You shouldn’t struggle to win souls – it’s your nature. All you’ve got to do is start out the process. You are a terror to the enemy and so he tries to keep you from the labour (and gives a different definition of labour in your mind). To the new creation the labour isn’t as the world thinks: the labour is our platform to bringing forth. Don’t let the devil scare you. Start out the process– for as soon as you travail you will bring forth children.
